Layne C. Cady, P.E.

Mr. Cady is president and cofounder of C&D Engineering, Inc.  He has held the position for the past 20 years.  Overall, Mr. Cady has more than 30 years of professional engineering experience in water/wastewater management with a specific emphasis on public utilities.  In addition to being a project manager and lead engineer on many significant public utilities projects, Mr. Cady has performed forensic engineering evaluations, and has provided expert engineering testimony in a number of circuit court and administrative proceedings. 

 

Jeffery W. Debosier, P.E.

Mr. DeBosier is vice-president and cofounder of C&D Engineering, Inc.  His 30 years of experience has been primarily focused in the general civil, transportation and environmental engineering disciplines.  His experience includes various aspects of project management, engineering analysis, and design.  He has particular expertise in site engineering including paving, storm water management design, design of on-site wastewater collection systems, and design of on-site water distribution systems with numerous successful projects to his credit.  In his capacity as principal engineer, he is responsible for all aspects of conceptualization, design, permitting, and construction administration on most of C&D’s general civil engineering projects.

 

 

Project Engineer - Kurt D. Heath, P. E.

Mr. Heath is a design engineer and project manager at C&D Engineering, Inc.  He has held that position for the past 11 years.  Overall, he has over 15 diverse years of experience in water, wastewater, and environmental engineering.  Mr. Heath is project manager and lead engineer for many of the firm’s recent wastewater treatment/collection, water treatment/distribution and reclaimed water distribution system projects in Pasco County.  With this focus, he has gained vast experience in the design, permitting and construction phase activities of these public utilities projects.  He is particularly well versed in hydraulic modeling for pressurized conveyance systems including potable and reclaimed water distribution, and wastewater transmission systems. 

 

Senior Project Coordinator/Inspector - Gary L. Peterson

Mr. Peterson is a construction and project manager at C&D Engineering, Inc.  He has held that position for the past 12 years.  Overall, Mr. Peterson has over 35 years experience in various aspects of planning, design, programming, and construction of major public works and utility projects.  He has worked on water treatment facilities, pumping facilities, and piping systems for water, wastewater, and reuse systems.  This work has included sanitary sewers, lift stations, large collection systems for sanitary waste, major distribution systems for water service, storm drainage, etc.  Mr. Peterson’s recent experience is in the design, permitting, and administration of the construction phase of many of C&D’s utility projects.
